85 300TD Wagon what turbo does it have?

my 85 300TD has the air research turbo.

Were can i find a rebuild kit for that and is it something i can do with basic tools will i need to have it balanced at a shop.

The turbo has over 200,000 on it and it's leaking oil which is getting into the cold side. Plus it will barley spin over.

Intake side, cold, there is also little to no boost. I have checked all the lines and they are good.

Have you cleaned the lines and banjo bolts, and checked the turbo switchover valve? also is the waste gate sticking open? Have you pulled the "u" tube and checked for spinning and play (with the engine off of course)? These turbo's are really robust and are not a common failure point.
