Oh gawd the sound is awfull!!! I put in a a new relay to get the windows working on a 300D that has been sitting a while and the relay fixed the windows, or at least both the driverside windows. But now the front window struggles to go up or down and when it does it makes the most hideous sound. I thought that when I brought it back up it was going to have gouge marks in the glass.
Please tell me what and where to grease this thing. I gotta get this fixed as the AC does not work and I live in New Orleans.

make sure its riding in the tracks, take off the door pannel and see if you still have the plastic spacers in there.

pearl black 1983 240d 4speed (Converted!@$$%) atleast the tranny was rebuilt.
