124 owners can you help me get my Roof trim off?

I am having trouble removing my exterior roof trim (those two strips across the sides of the roof) for a roof paint touch up. Does anyone know how to get that off?
Thanks,
Nick

Did them myself last week.

start at the windshield where the strips have a small between them and the glass. REMOVE RINGS, BRACELETS, ETC. (I like to be careful around glass.) Lift straight away from the glass perpendicular to it, NOT at an angle. There are small clips that hold a spine on the underside of the strips. You will run the risk of cracking or dislodging a clip here or there but they can be glued back together as long as they're not crumbled. As you move up, pull perpendicular to the roof all the way back. DON'T pull far - just enough to get them loose until it's completely out.

The trim clips are often sacrificial... meaning you'll need to replace quite a few of them. Relax, they're cheap. The rearmost clip is different, the others are all the same. There are different colors to indicate width/height, so buy replacements that are the same color. Here's the info you need:
