Metal fuel lines on w124

I just had 2 metal fuel lines go out on both my w124 vehicles,and the funny thing is they boh blew the same wekend and they both blew the no2 line.
Does anyone know about this or seen this before?

PS:Actually if youve got a no.2 (from the radiator) line please pm me.
