Can the DS be separated in-place (without unbolting the flex disks) by loosening the 46mm spline bolt. I am asking because I'm wondering if the alignment between the 2 pieces can be adjusted in this manner?

I know that they can be spread apart once bolt is loosened but will they go far enough apart? Thanks
