water seperator

I have a 1984 300D. No modifications yet other than fuel lines. I am planning on running biodiesel blend. Would ya'll recomend using a Stanadyne FM 100 filter w/ the see thru bowl?

sounds good to me, much better alternative than denatured alcohol harming your injection pump.

I dont run my cars on biodiesel, but I did purchased a couple of fuel/water separators and this product is by far the best I have seen in a long time.

EngineTech
The Engine ProtectorsDiesel Engine Fuel Water Separators
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
NO Filter Elements to Buy, Stock and Dispose Of
A TRUE FUEL/WATER SEPARATOR

Most existing fuel filters are not designed to remove water. They are designed to remove solid contaminants. EngineTech eliminates water from diesel fuel before reaching the fuel pump and injectors. This prevents the major cause of fuel injection system failures.

Clean fuel means a smoother running engine and a more cost effective operation.

EngineTech is a proven product. Prove it to yourself with an EngineTech Fuel/Water Separator

Environmentally Friendly Fuel Water Separators

APPLICATIONS MODEL 80
Suitable For Engines 3-50 hp

MODEL 200
Suitable For Engines 50-150 hp

Less Pump and Injector Wear
Less Downtime and Maintenance
Lower Fuel Consumption
Lower Exhaust Emissions

There are no short cuts to keeping diesel fuel clean and water free. EngineTech's unique separation system can remove 100% of water in diesel fuel.

How do you prevent water from contaminating diesel fuel, you can not. Condensation is constantly occurring with storage tanks, fuel carriers and your fuel tank. Water damages fuel pumps, injectors and shortens conventional filter life.

Water displaces the fuel's lubricative coating on the precision injection components. The loss of this protection will result in wear, erosion, surface pitting and eventual pressure loss and failure.

SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH AN ENGINETECH FUEL WATER SEPARATOR
