OM617 engine differences

Hello-

If there's a reference for this somewhere, hopefully someone can direct me to it.

Other than horsepower/torque figures, I'm wondering what the difference in the OM617.950, -951, and 952. They all have the same bore, stroke, and displacement, but the HP ratings are 115, 123, and 125.

Were the newer turbos bigger? Different injectors? Something in the injection pump? Can my 116 chassis 300SD by turned up to 123 or 125?
