Well it looks like the brainiacs in the Pennsylvania legislature have struck again. The new 2008 E320 Bluetec. ML CDI, R CDI, and GL CDI are not allow in the state. What really torques me about this is the fact that most of the pollution in PA comes from Ohio and points west. In the county where I live, the only emissions test they have in place is a "gas cap" test. Its ridiculous, that they wont allow an energy efficient, low emissions vehicle in this state, there are so many "farm" vehicles polluting the atmosphere with their "offroad diesel". I am not in the market for a new vehicle, but it just frosts me to no end. the 2008 vehicles are now only 42 state compliant!! We are going in the wrong direction if we want more diesels in this country!!
