MB Part # for Block Heater Cord

Does anyone have a MB part # for a block heater cord for my

1999 E300 Turbodiesel?

I talked with my MB parts department and they are not showing the item. The guy I deal with there is very good. He says it may just be a glich in the system.

They are getting one in for a '96/'97 and hoping that will work. I thought I would check here and let them know the part number.

Thanks for the help.

That't the one! I picked it up today from the dealer. The last time I priced it in December, it was $56.00. It must have had an increase in price at the New Year, it was $59.00.

I do have one question. I was told this is going to make a 'pop' sound when I plug it in. Is that true? Is there anything else I should expect when I plug it in...other than warm air as soon a I start it up?
Thanks,
Mike

A pop sound? Hmmm, I dunno. I just put one on my 95 E300D. When I plugged it in I could hear the heater kick on, but is was more like a quiet whirring noise. I heard it while under the car, but I don't think I would hear it standing outside the car.
