Having issues finding the Stop Lever part #

Can you guys help find the correct part # to the stop lever for my 1980 W123 240D. It has a manual 4 Speed, and the rubber separated from the metal, so i had to retrofit it to make it home. i have been driving this way for about 1,000 miles, and feel it is time to finally fix it.

this is the only part i can find, but it does not match, so i wanted your help to hunt down the correct part.

It looks like it could be part# A123 300 23 25. It's described as "lever with damper". It's hard to tell from your photo and the illustration on EPC is not very good.

I never realized how complicated the stop lever mechanism is on the 61x IP's. On the 60x pumps it's just a little lever on the side.

Well i looked on my 1980 300D and it is the same exact stop lever, but different linkages are attacked in the other available holes. i guess i will go to a junk yard and look for one there.
