The anesthesiologist may be of help in dealing with the bill...
Camshaft, camshaft bearing, railings, sprocket, tensioner, and chain was replaced. Oil changed with pan removed. I have not seen the complete bill yet since they delivered it to me so I can test it out.

What I noticed is it feels sluggish on take off. 1st injector nut is leaking maybe causing the knocking. I also feel that fuel economy dropped as my needle drops faster. I know because this is my daily driver.

I also noticed that smoke is gone when idling. Could be because they also retimed the ip. Can I adjust the ALDA to perk it up again?

Back off/loosen the injector line nut and see if the threads have been cross threaded. Look at the cone shaped tip of the injector line and the reverse cone where it fits into the injector and see if they were damaged or something got pinned under them when they were tightened down.
You can loose alot of fuel from a tiny fuel leak.
