87 300D or 91 300D

I'm trying to decide on 2 cars right now and need some opinions on which you guys might choose.

A. 87 300d - 210,xxx miles. New brakes, oil and trans fluid changed regularly, good suspension, power everthing works besides head rests. No A/C. No trap oxidizer, #14 head but coolant system is in good shape.

B. 91 300d - 309,xxx miles, rebuilt trans with approx 2,000 miles on it. Working A/C, good brakes and tires, decent interior (maroon) and good exterior.

I don't know much about the 91 engine or car in general.. i know the 87 is a faster car. Both cars for same price also so my one factor right now is the A/C but let me know anything else or what you would choose.

Thanks!
