Who makes a better header ?

Hey guys who makes a better down pipe , Elberspaecher or Bosal ? Dose either one have corrosion protection ? Whick one is going to be better quallity fit .
I was going to build my own header , I am just going to use a new stock down pipe and build my own exhaust back .
Any tips on getting the nuts off the turbo ... Besides lots of heat , last thing I want to do is weld some studs back on .

Probably a toss up which is better, probably last longer than you will own the car.
I replaced mine last yr because the flex joint cracked.

You might took at www.timevalve.com they make stainless exhaust for MB.

there is the flex coupler that fits between the down pipe and the turbo. the studs screw into it. you shouldn`t have to mess with the ones that go into the turbo. spray on some penetrating oil and pray. I have one on a spare coupler with a nut that snapped off the stud.
