Its a mercedes.

So since its the first mercedes I have found at a yard in my area since I got mine, I am going to go check it out.

Will anything at all fit my 81 300sd? Probably not but its worth looking at.

Maybe some switches and stuff.

Thats about all that I was thinking too. Maybe not even that. Oh well I am going to go look at it.

Lug bolts... fuses... bulbs... first aid kit... outside temp sensor and possibly the display... air in the tires... I wouldn't waste the fuel to go see it.

I've always wondered if the electric clutch main fan from a 201 can be retrofitted to other MB engines.

Well just got back. Was really using it as an excuse to go to the treasure yard. Glad I did. Theres a couple more there that they are not listing. 78 450sel, 64 200, 89 190,

The 190 was pretty picked already. Still had the back door window switches which appear the same as mine. Grabbed them. It had what appears to be a vacuum pump under the rear seat. I assume its a vacuum pump for the lock system but not sure.

Grabbed the rear view mirror from the 450. Mines gone.

Need to start going in a bit more often. They are obviously not listing these mercedes for some reason. I thought they just didn't have any.

Where is the outside temp sensor on these? The display along with the entire dash was gone.

The yard is less than a mile from me so its no big waste of fuel to just go browse.
