I am in search of an idler pulley assembly for a 79 240D vehicle.

do you know if the pulley's from a 78 300D will work? I gots one...

My 79 616 uses a GM R-4, but I have all the parts on a bench. I think it uses
an idler. Compressor mounts on drivers side.

My 78 spare 617 uses a York, but it mounts pass side. No idler to be found. Double belt clutch.

PM me if interested. You can have whatever parts from the R-4 mounting you would like for shipping. the compressor is cracked, but still spins. Everything else is there, including the hard to find bracket pieces.
