The power to weight ratio can't be much worse than a 240d. There's a lot of small Toyota motorhomes with the 22r engine. My 307d motorhome was a 21 ft long Class A and it had the 616NA. It's not a gas tank so it's not as dangerous as a gas tank would be.
A pop-top camper probably would have been more appropriate, but I'm guessing the guy just used whatever happened to be available.

I bet the first time you exit and smash your head on the camper is self correcting. I'll pass.

Wow, I thought the custom convertible in my "how dangerous is this?" thread was good... but this takes it for sure.

We know how to make em out here in california, don't we?

It looks like it tried to back up through a house and got stuck.

A real mean California highway patrol man (and California has lots of them, don't ask me how I know) could include "Failure to display rear license plate lamp" if he decided he was going to write him the "Full Boat"

Its probably the nicest driving truck camper out there.

I would probably never buy it but I love the fact that someone had the gumption to do it.

The only things I really don't like about it is the fuel tank behind the back seat and the caulking smeared all over the sides. If it were mine, I'd have used a split tank system in the "trunk" wells.

Notice the subtle modification to the "SixPac" name?
