Is there a intake manifold gasket for a OM617.95???
 
I can't find anyone that sells a intake manifold gasket!!!!!

its an intake/exhaust manifold gasket since the head is not cross flow

Why did they made that way, it just makes your car to suck in hot air!!?!?!?

also if i take the intake manifold off do i need to change the gasket when i put the intake manifold back???

You're not taking just the intake manifold off..........you're taking both intake and exhaust manifolds off together.

And, yes, you definitely need a new gasket.

Wow i did not know they were jointed together!!! I guess i have to take the turbo b4 removing then manifold..

Remove the downpipe.

Then remove the manifolds and the turbo as a group.

The most difficult part of the task is the removal of the oil supply line to the top of the turbo and the oil return line from the bottom of the turbo. You'll need new gaskets for both these locations.
