I'm thinking about getting a large black tarp to throw over my clunker, cut a few holes so I can see to drive.

Mine needs a tarp too.

Probably has all rubber parts (flex disk ect....) rotten.At that price it should have stuff like that changed.

I think the windshield may possibly be a replacement, since the "Daimler" sticker isn't of the correct vintage.

That car's been making the rounds. It was on bringatrailer.com a few weeks ago. I'm so used to british cars I had a hard time believing any car looked that good new, which made me a little suspicious, especially the decals under the hood. Who knows, maybe they did look that good, but man, that's perfection.

Not sure about 81, but my 82 has big arrows. Is that the defrost switch that has excessive wear? I would have put in a proper MB battery for that price.

russian site says leather, ad says mb-tex...hmmm

Were there US spec 123 diesels with leather?
