Sounds like you have a huge power drain. Remove the battery and charge it. You will need to use a multi meter and look for power draws in all the circuits.

Check the GP relay. They can get stuck in the "on" position.

How cold is it up there? Was it sitting outside for more than 24 hours?

I've also had one very bizarre issue where the wires that ran down the passenger side of the engine bay rubbed and fried out my voltage regulator, thereby cancelling the alternator's ability to charge the new battery

Check all battery cables especially the ground cable...any gunk or corrosion on a ground cable will make that happen...also, make sure youre cables are good and tight with clean conduction at the terminals.

its cold but not too bad,

its funny cos the gp light was on and it tried to turn over but the batt was way to low to turn over

i dont even get a buzz or anything when i turn the key, almost like a fuse went or something

all clean, but ill clean again

Charge battery overnight and load test it. My bet's on a faulty new battery.
