Would it be the tail light? Brake light? Turn signal? Back-up light? License plate light?

Here is an idea: Remove the offending bulb, take it to a parts store and buy one (or two) like it.

In recent years only, the crackerbox auto parts stores have actually begun to stock light bulbs suitable for European vehicles.

Bulbs used in 'merikun cars simply aren't.

Go to Auto Zone and ask for help.

Chances of them having the catalog and the willingness to look up what you need are infinitely greater than chances of same happening on this forum.

Better yet, get someone to show you how to use the internet and you can look the part numbers up yourself!!! But you still need to know which which bulb is out.

Sorry I wasnt more specific. The hayes manual shows a picture of a row of bulbs that all look like the same type. It is the rear brake light that is out.

To aid your search, the stock bulb numbers are as follows:

Front turn signal: 7528
rear turn signal: 7506
Tail light: 5008
Brake light: 7506
dome lights: 6411
gauge face illumination: 2821
console, CCU and gauge cluster indicators: 2721
license plate light: 6418

I haven't had to replace the gear shift bulb so I don't know that number yet.
