I loss radio, hazard signal light, and Clock... What i did wrong here, i checked all wires and everything and they are connected???? Did i trigger the anti thief system??? I did a mistake of opening the cluster with the battery on...

Anti-theft system doesn't ever kill the electronics, to my knowledge. Check your fuses. If you shorted out something back in there moving things around, then you blew a fuse that will bring all the instruments back to life when you replace it.
