Really nice. I have a uber low mileage one as well and find it hard to drive it at all. It's got about 4,000 miles on it and I only drag it out for car shows. Dumb. I consider my '83 with 39,000 my driver!

Nice car, if I had the cash...

Oh well, at least you know anyone interested enough to pay the price will provide a good home. Good luck!

I'm rooting for the guy who drove six+ hours here to see the car, then drove the six+ hours to get back home..Now that's my kind of hard core diesel guy!! Pretty sure he will give her a good home.

Very close to my record, but I think yours has more "value". I sold a 1985 300TDT with 58k miles on it on ebay for $16,700, but yours is an automatic 240D so I'd say you won on that one. Congrats on the large chunk of cash.

Wow, amazing car! I hope the new owner appreciates it as much as you did, Jay! :-)

Congrats! I think the price was market correct. I paid $15,000 for mine with 33,000 miles a few years ago, owned by an obsessive MBCA owner that kept meticulous records. It was an automatic in white/palomino. Your color is better, and with a few less miles.

I'm sure it went to a good home. Hope he shows up here on occasion!
