Sedan Bumpers replaced by Wagon Bumpers?
I've got a Wanted Ad in the parts section here: http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/showthread.php?t=244467, and I've got someone who has Euro Wagon bumpers he's offering me. Can I use them on the W123 Sedan? Will it work mechanically and/or electronically but just look completely wrong or, will they not match up at all? Should I just wait it out until I find someone selling a set of Sedan Euros?

The front is the same but the rear wagon bumpers have cut outs for the reverse lights. I'm guessing they mount differently as well.

ON a 123 the bumpers, though different, are interchangible. A decent wagon rear bumper is rare as hen's teeth.

Also, the euro bumpers are smaller. They look better on the car but protect it less. Especially the rear, the bumper is attached by two bolts, each one goes through a steel bracket. On the US bumpers, there's a little shock absorber thing that lets the bumper give a little before damaging the bumper or the car body.
