1985 190D (2.2L) with 274K miles

How much is this worth?

The guy says it has an automatic transmission, no blow-by, ac doesn't work, the only leak he admits to is the power steering fluid and I haven't yet seen the interior.

I am assuming that it is a 2.2L but the craigslist ad doesn't say so.
