What maintence items should be address ith 184,000 miles

I just purchased a 1989 190D auto with 184,000 miles. The oil and all filters(oil, fuel, air) have been changed. Transmission has been serviced. New fan belt.

I want to get new nozzles for the injectors. I'm going to replace a couple glow plugs that aren't working.

What other items should I Address before making it my daily driver?

Does the timing chain need service? Fan belt tension?
