All of mine, front and back, have been plugged. From the looks of things for quite awhile too.

If you mean the drains from the hood-hinge cavities & front-sunroof drains, which run to the front wheel wells, and trunk & gas filler drains, which drain behind the rear wells, then yes. They should be unplugged. I would also check the drains in the doors along the bottom edges.

You need to complete the Maintainance Manual service order 6030 "cleaning water drains". It will let you know where all the drains are.

Good post. I was oblivious to this section in the FSM on CD. There's quite a few drains.
