300 SDL Trans Hesitation

So i recently adjusted the alda on the injection pump to take care of my slowness issues for my 1987 300SDL car goes perfect as fat as speed goes. However once doing that i have had a slight hesitation when it shifts gears.. Mainly from first to second, but all does through all the gears.

I feel that the transmission needs to be adjusted to take care of this new found power, Any suggestions?

Sounds more like a vacuum modulator adjustment, does it flare in between shifts, or seem like it is slipping?
