1979 240d, 146k miles.

1 second after starting - 3 bar
After 20 minutes, 2.25 - 2.5 bar
Anything above low idle pegs the needle on 3 bar, instantly.

Right now my car has 0-40 full synthetic.

(I think the oil type and grade would be a very worthwhile addition to all these posts.)

1985 300cd -stopped at 303k /newer motor and trannie

1985 300cd - 63k car- unusual rare low mileage car
1) pegged
2) pegged -not driven due to tags but ran for 20 minutes

All use rotella 15/40
The 190d car I sold always read alittle lower after warm up than the 300d model ,not sure why.

310,664 mi when odo stopped
1) after 7-10 seconds climbs to 45 psi
2) after a good hard run up the hill drops to 30+
3) always pins guage right off idle

Schaeffers 5/40 9000 series full syn.

I think trere may be something wrong in my oil filter houseing?

2. 30 minutes of highway followed by idle pressure of 1.3-2.1 Bar (bouncing needle)
