I used to wonder if my OVP was why my tach and therefore everything tied in with it through the KLIMA on the lovely 85' electrical system didn't work, but the fuse wasn't blown so I figured it wasn't the problem.

HOWEVER, I pulled the OVP out again today and noticed that there's something rattling around inside the box! So I'm assuming this means it IS dead even if the fuse is fine. How else can I test the damn thing?
