That is not that high
My 87 190d does about the same. I also have a bit of blue smoke on acceleration. It is worse when coming down a big hill. When stopped at a light I get a puff or so but does not leave a smoke trail down the road. I have come to the conclusion that it is valve stem seals not rings. It is worse when it is hot out. I have heard of a number of 190D 's with the same issue. I have taken to using a "Smoke stop" additive which works but you have to use twice as much as a gas car since the oil capacity is about double. If there is a significant black component to the smoke you may need to look at injectors Cheers Dan
