You may want to swing by autozone or Advance autoparts they'll do a FREE charging system/alternator/voltage reguator and battery test. Once you get it running. Shop around for a battery get the right size group. It will make life easier in the long run.

i have a load tester and any other battery testing device i can need. me and my buddy build electric bikes and golfcarts for fun that run up to 7 batteries

well i didn't check them all, just bench tested 2 and they didn't work. i have good ohms through the wires too.
