Some of my own, mostly a shop. Learning more every year, though. Keep in mind, over $2000 of that was today: head gasket plus some other stuff.
The rest? Trust me, it adds up: tires, header pipe, ignition tumbler, pressure converters, shifter bushings, a fuel leak, new windshield, glow plugs, cruise amp and actuator, plus lots of incidentals.
