Proper torque for steering adjustment nut

On adjusting the steering on an 85 300 turbodiesel, what is the proper torque for the lock nut(19mm nut)?

What is the correct size for the allen screw?

Thank you in advance.

The allen size is 6mm & the torque is 40-45 ftlbs.
