OM 606 intake removal - tool question

I need to remove the intake, to lubricate the throttle linkages, but can't get the thing to budge even with WD40 or whatever I used to soak the allen head like screw. The one located on the driver's side. Seems like there should be a better tool for this other than a standard allen wrench. Is there?

tools

I use a 3/8 drive hex head socket on a long extension for the hex cap screws. I use a 10mm socket to remove the 3 bolts holding the bracket to the block. I use a flat pry bar to separate the crossover pipe from the egr housing.
