HAPPY wiper arm.

Dude, it looks excited!

In all seriousness, '87 124, went to change the wiper blade, and the arm is stuck in the up position. How do I get it to go back to where the wiper meets the glass?

Searching as you read this, but if anyone can give me quick heads-up, it would be appreciated.
