Looking for Mechanics in Colorado, LA area, Vegas

I am looking to buy a Mercedes diesel (W123 or W126 most likely) and I reside in Colorado. I have been able to find some good ones in Denver Metro Area but I would like to know of some in Colorado Springs area, does anyone know of any!? Anyone know of any in the Northern Colorado Area (Greeley, Ft. Collins, Longmont, etc?)?

I am also looking in the LA/Cali area and Las Vegas as I have family in those places that I visit often so I am trying to get some good options for mechanics in those places too.

I just don't have the expertise yet to check these cars out on my own so I want someone that is knowledgable to look over them and inspect them and tell me that they aren't going to die tomorrow from something obvious.

Lastly, does anyone have any ideas, thoughts, suggestions on what things I should be worried about or ask exactly?

Thanks for any help anyone.

My W116 1979 300sd may be for sale in the near future. I'm in Denver. StarTech in central Denver and German Motors in Lakewood are both good. Stu Ritter's shop at 1250 S. Inca is good too.

THanks for the replys everyone

I have talked to ForcedInduction previously and TomJ is currently in Spain hiking I believe. I have some great options out of the Denver Metro area but I am having a really hard time finding anyone at all in Colorado Springs. Anyone have any ideas of anyone there or who might know someone?

Thanks again everyone.
