Vulgar, but not anywhere near as bad as this internet legend. I think the guy has been trying to sell it for years.

Well it'll last forever and allegedly go a million miles since he changed the timing belt

I don't think it's been years yet. But he's been trying. Sad thing was it was a nice, 1 owner, low mileage example before he got his hands on it.

I have driven past the one in the OP several times, once today. I have never stopped to look at it. If someone would like me to look at I can. Price seems about $1000 too high IMHO. The neighborhood it's in is well known for crackheads and prostitutes... but it's a major roadway and I use it often.

That 124 looks salvagable. It'd have to be in good condition, but pull off the stick-on chrome and pimp wheels, go to a tasteful tint, you might have something.

Not a diesel, but this car is also a legend:

Such a shame too, the 5 speeds are so tough to come by

That one looks like it has a decent car under all the tacked on crap as well. I'd be affraid of what the PO had done to the rest of the car, though. Obviously the product of severe drug addiction.

The indiana one looks like it could be half decent if salvaged... And it isn't so far gone that it couldn't possibly be brought back from the dark side.

Minus the rims and all that chrome that is a pretty sharp car.
