Glow Plug Questions
Hey Guys,
Work continues on my 'Mog (OM617A). Need to sort out the glow plugs. Truck had a small engine compartment fire and the glow plug harness and relay were fried. I am trying to figure out how I want to rig up the new setup. Keep It Simple Stupid applies here. This is a Unimog. Think water/harsh terrain etc. I was curious about the "Fast Glow" setups. Link: It looks like there would be only one wire going to the first glow plug, then the others piggy backing off that one? Is that correct? If so I would imagine that I could simply the setup by only running one wire. Does anyone know how many amps that one would require? Any help = much appreciated. Thanks!
