Merc. C Class

Hello

I own a merc. c class 250D. Currently the car won't start. The think is that, we have bleed out to make sure that there are no bubbles. the diesel fuel flow is normal but the car still can't start. Any idea?

Glow plugs? Clogged fuel filters/tank strainer... what year and what was it doing before it wouldnt start? elaboration will help.
