If its a good running engine--Sell it!
Might as well, They dont make 'em anymore, so if its good, be a shame to scrap it!

Is mileage verifiable? If so, it would be worth more. Otherwise $500??

I have a buddy lives in your area, he might take it off your hands for quite a bit more than scrap value, and he could bring it to me to get it in saleable condition, or disassembly for parts car status depending on condition of vehicle.
the non turbo has the dreaded evil servo heat controls, and the heavy gear ratio for better city driving with the 84hp motor. the SLS pump is the same pump as the turbo motor bretheren, and the head is the same casting, but the valves and seats are different. as is the cam. lemme know how much rust is in it and how it runs.
