I'm surprised at that...

Here in the UK the MB Sprinter doesn't have all that good a name, my last place used to run them and they were always breaking down, rubbish like monkey metal serp idler rockers fracturing, sliding door mechanisms falling apart... sure, they were fast for a panel van, but nothing much else...

We had two in light accidents (15 mph) and they basically fell apart.

Contrast that with the Ford Transit


which is the most popular panel van here, built a lot tougher and basically 35/40 years of pedigree behind it.
