Replacing pads might turn into replace calipers, rotors, and pads. oye

Hello,

Am I in need of new rear rotors and rear calipers for my beast (1991 300D)? Last night I began the process of replacing my rear pads. After removing the calipers I noted that only the outside pad was worn, the inside pad had not been worn, and the rotor had only been worn on the outside. Can I get away with just replacing the retaining pins/spring clip and turning the rotors? Thanks!
