1985 300 TD Brakes are not working

My 300 TD has been sitting outside in NY most of the winter. I have just had "Martha" shipped to our home in Texas and WHAMO, issues arose. Before the trip Martha had been the most reliable and lowest maintenance vehicle I have ever own. Please help me!

#1. Brakes - My brake pedal had zero resistance and the brakes barely worked. I checked the resevoir and it was empty. Does anyone have a brake diagram? Perhaps from the resevoir all the way to the wheels?

#2. Fluids - Martha is now leaking the following, Transmission, Antifreeze, and oil. (She has always had an oil leak)

I would love some insight into tracking down the brake issue and any other info you folks can send my way.
