Hi
My tension pulley melted

, what are my choices of other MBZ to use and pull the part from? thank you

I have 1994 s350 w140 OM603 engine.

It looks like this list mite be some what accurate?

Looks pretty much like you have the inclusive list. If there's a question about what lines the part applies to I go to ******** and use their system, that is if they offer the part needed. If it's not available through them then you cant use their interchange for it.

Did the pulley fail because the bearing seized up?

I thing so the middle part/bearing is melt it away.

BTW do you know a link for to show me how to remove the shaft? thanks

Thank you I manage to remove it just now and I got a used one to replace the bad the diameter is the same as the upper one slightly smaller, and with the tensioner adjustment I will get the belt tightened.

YUP.
the warning triangle at the top of each and every post is to alert the moderators of any threads/posts that violate the rules of the forum!
