Front seats?

My front seat is lopsided and vary uncomfortable so I am going to start looking in the junk yards around me, but it would really help to know what other model seats will fit in the 190D?

there are so many 190's in the yards, I doubt you'll need to know a crossreference.
what part of the country/world are you in?

also, you can stuff a chunk of a pool noodle in the seat spring and level up the seat abit.

In in the Nevada. I have already checked the inventory of pick and pull in my area and there are a few, but condition, color functionality is all determining factors for me. the more to choose from the better right!
What is pool needle? The foam?
I thought about cutting a peace of memory foam to size and trying it, but I think the main problem is the springs.
My buddy the guy I bought the car from had a spring poking threw the seat and stabbing him so he took some bolt cutters and cut it off. This is why I believe it is lopsided. I might try the foam if the seat is hard to find and very expensive like the ones I have sen on line.

On a second note my arm rest on this seat is stuck in the up position is there a trick to getting it down?

I have an extra set of seat springs for a 123. Where are you? Send me a PM if you are close to DFW.

whiew! nevada is quite a ways from here. but I could pull a seat spring box from one of the 190's here, and box it up and mail it to you if you feel up to changing out the spring in your seat.
a pool noodle is the long colored foam tubes they sell in the pool supply sections of most stores.
you stuff one or two sections in the front between the springs and they support the seat cushion for you.

Does you also have the foam also?
In a couple weeks I will have some cash to through out the car right now I pretty broke after renting a car to go get it and parts needed to drive it back.
I am vary interested though.
I also going to be looking for heater control, window switches in shifter bezel, speedometer, and more.

What part of Nevada and how close to Sacramento area?

I have some of the parts, other than seats, that you might use, but I was in PnP early in the week and most of that stuff you need was there in about 10 different 190's at the one I go to. There are 3 or 4 others in the area, all with varying numbers of 190's, some in pretty good shape. If you're close it might be worth a run over there for you.

I've got a couple of climate controls and a couple of speedometers and gauges.

Got to wait tell payday to get anything else though. I'm going to check out pnp in Carson and Reno next weekend and see what they got then I might check out sac if I cant find what I'm looking for. I kind of need a hood with the pad and tan paint hopefully. Thanks for the tips keep me updated on what is all down there and were you found it.

There is one 190-E at the Carson City yard. Interior really isn`t in all that good of condition. I did notice the front rotors seemed to be in good condition, w/o any sort of ridge.

Did you happen to notice how the seats and the window switches by the shifter were. Or if they were still there?

Left switch is gone, right switch is worn off, and the rockers stick.
seats aren`t in good condition. not really worth the trip.

When I have been to the Carson yard the past few years, I haven`t seen very many 190`s.

Now in the 2 San Jose yards here in Ca., I see quite a few. Iam amazed at the good condition most of them are. There was a 92 a few weeks back with the most perfect seats. looked like only the driver sat in the car.

What color interior are you looking for?

it looks like you have closer options than the cars in the yards near me, but if they don't pan out, and you want me to pull some from my area and ship, just drop me a PM.
