Tach reads low
I replace the OVP relay and got my tach working again. However it's reading low....it never gets above 1500 RPM even just before a shift.....so why would it read low?
This is in the 95 E300

Have you checked for this issue?

I have done a check of the harness and can't find any signs of this problem...and everything else but the tach is working perfectly.
