Today I went and spent a bunch of money I didn't have to buy a 1995 E300D. My '82 300D is still in the garage and after five months I still haven't put that other engine in it. This car will be taking the place of my '93 Ford F150 that has served me faithfully for the last 13 years. The lack of air conditioning and 17 MPG was just too much for me on those commutes from Tampa to Orlando in the middle of the summer. so it's goodbye to an old friend and hello to a new one.

I'll have to attend the next Central Florida GTG now.
