I got stuff done... not enough for my tastes though... kids are difficult getting started... (WHEN WILL SCHOOL START BACK AGAIN???)
OK. I had to take some stuff out of my truck today, I got an emergency heat out call from a big customer... minor setback. I went ahead and called the guy, and he STILL had not come by to see what I needed to store, but he said he'd try to make it by today, but he didn't... I HOPE he gets time tomorrow! maybe monday he'll arrange for me to move the stuff into his yard!
My helper got a lot more pulled out, and sorted. noplace to put the stuff but a pile for the moment... gotta empty the trailers and the truck...
anyway, we picked up all the tires, and stored them inside the vehicles I'm planning to store... the ground is now 99.9% clean...

oh, and the "letter" arrived yesterday, I read it today, and it's pretty positive.
IN THE LETTER, it says stuff like, SIGNIFICANT effort has been shown, and Due to the EXTREME nature of my violations.... additional time shall be granted...
HOWEVER, this is a FINAL 30 days!!! if ANY portion of the property is not in FULL compliance the city staff shall take further legal action...
so, while further time isn't getting given, I truly think I'll be done in the next week or so.
the yard is AMAZINGLY cleaner now!
