How do I access the compartment behind the fuse box?

1991 300D. There's a compartment behind the fuse box that houses several relays. What do I do to access it? I see four screws....but it looks like they hold down the entire assembly, fuse box included.

Thanks.

Actually 6 screws: two each in the front, middle, and back. You don't need to remove the screws all the way, just loosen them until the treads are free. Then pull the cover slightly up as you pull it forward. There is a single screw that holds the fuse block in; it s located under the cover in the front center. Again, you don't need to remove it ll the way, just loosen it.

Thanks....what I'm hunting for is the combo relay that controls, among other things, the hazard light. That's in there, right?
