85 300SD AC and Tach failure

No power to compressor since complete system replacement by dealer. Looking for resistor OEM part # 0135457328. MB says not available. Dealer diagnosis and in dealer shop. They should know right? Everything else and I do mean everything else (relays, switchs, modules) checks out and are working. Above part is bad. Help in any way with part or suggestion.

^ The OVP relay should be in the glove box area, a tall silver box with a red top.
